Canyon Rim Cottage

At the foot of the Wasatch Front in the quaint neighborhood of Canyon Rim lies this beautiful 1951 cottage remodel. The goal is to bring contemporary design attributes to the interior spaces and exterior finishes, but to maintain the charm of the original house. Enlarging the main level bathroom, opening up the kitchen to the living room, and updating all exterior finishes are some of the bigger items to tackle in this renovation.
